ICT Application for Learning MT Languages

Effective communication is a key 21st century competency our students need to develop. To enhance students’ learning of the Mother Tongue Languages (MTLs), an ICT-based application, called i-MTL Portal has been developed by MOE to support students’ learning of Mother Tongue. This i-MTL Portal helps to prepare schools and students for ICT-based MTL National Examinations.
